I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Paul Hardcastle for making this album possible. I have been a Paul Hardcastle fan since the early 1980s and have always been inspired and influenced by his music and genius. I never imagined that one day I would play on his records, but fate brought us together. After so much great success recording sax on the last four Billboard #1 Paul Hardcastle albums and hit singles, here is my first solo project.

Paul wanted this project to sound fresh and to reflect my originality without his influence or sound. This made it a real  challenge, as

Paul Hardcastle is not an easy act to follow. Well, we did it, and I am really excited to share it with you.

I also want to thank the writers, producers and musicians who contributed to this album, and my great friend saxophonist Paul Hardcastle Jr. Be on the lookout for his album coming soon. Special thanks to my wonderful wife Shelley for all her hard work, and Manager and Associate Producer Ron Umile.

Rock Hendricks, Saxophonist

PS - I want to dedicate this album to my late father who gave me my first sax when I was 9 years old.

I miss you Dad.
